We can all experience difficult challenges in our lives, which can lead to feelings of overwhelm, anxiety and sometimes helplessness. Counselling can help with these feelings and more, like depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, self-harm, and trauma. Providing a safe and non-judgemental space where you can work through these challenges. A place where you feel heard and supported.

I work with people with many of the challenges described above and understand the impact these difficulties can have on you, your relationships, and everyday life. The therapeutic process can help alleviate these feelings and can help you learn new ways of coping and processing challenges in your life.
